Management reserves the right to refuse registration or request that an attendee leave the event if the conduct of the attendee is deemed to be disruptive to the event. Hotel Technology Forum (HTF) is a business-to-business forum; therefore access is restricted to persons 19 years of age and older.
Attendee Cancellation Policy: For cancellation/refund, a written notice must be received by October 17, 2024 and is subject to a $150 administration fee. Registrations received after this date are non-refundable.
By registering for and attending Hotel Technology Forum (HTF), you are acknowledging your understanding and acceptance that you may be included in photographs and/or video take during the event and that these photographs and video footage may be used by Hospitality Technology in future promotional materials.
No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the show or conference without prior written permission from show management. Those found recording or taking pictures without authorization will be asked to leave the venue. The show organizer also reserves the right to confiscate any film, audio tape, video tape or to delete media storage
If visitors interfere with business being conducted between sponsors and other visitors or offend any other sponsor or visitor they will be asked to leave the conference immediately
Sponsors of Hotel Technology Forum (HTF) may offer free samples of their products to visitors. Please do not take sample items unless offered. Visitors that take what is deemed by show management as excessive amounts of offered samples will be asked to leave the conference
Visitors are not allowed to hand out sales brochures, flyers, samples or other sales material to sponsors or other visitors at the conference. Sales brochures or flyers left about the conference will be thrown away. Visitors trying to distribute sales material at the conference will be asked to leave the venue
